We hope to offer the following services in the near future:

CROSSROADS PREGNANCY CARE (COMING SOON!!!)
Through Crossroads, Mission Share will offer a 24-hour crisis helpline, free pregnancy tests and services, comprehensive referral services for medical care, legal aid, adoption counseling, emergency housing, maternity and infant assistance to help transition to parenthood, information to prepare for childbirth, breast feeding and parenting, post-abortion care and counseling.  We also hope to be able to provide testing for sexually transmitted infections/diseases (STI's/STD's) Currently, this outreach is scheduled to open October 10th, 2011!

EMERGENCY HOME REPAIR TEAMS
Through our network of churches, Mission Share is in a unique position to coordinate teams of skilled tradesmen and tradeswomen to assist the needy in our community with important repairs that they are otherwise unable to afford.  Such projects include:  leaky roofs, plumbing, minor electrical, insulation, window/door repair, staircase repair, and garage door repair. The vision of this ministry is to solicit workers from our supporting churches who are willing to donate a specific number of hours each year.  With a database of contractors, Mission Share will match work that we approve of, with a contractor in that area of expertise.   

AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING
Mission Share will provide an after school tutoring program complete with a computer lab for grades K through 12.

LITERACY  PROGRAM
Currently, Mission Share is developing a program that will impact our community by addressing literacy.  We have a team of individuals, led by a literacy expert and Brockport State professor, that is assessing the need in our area and developing a curriculum.  Our target date for implementing this new outreach is Fall 2011.

SEMINARS
Mission Share will provide specialized seminars throughout the year (such as: Divorce Recovery, Single Parenting, Parenting, Growing Through The Losses of Life,  Financial Planning, Job Training, Etc.).
