By filling out and submitting the form below, you are REQUESTING an application for Christmas Hope.  Within 4 days of submitting a request, you will receive an application in the mail that you will need to fill out completely and return to us promptly.  Once we receive your application, we will schedule you for an interview.  All applicants MUST be interviewed.  Once the interview is completed, Mission Share will determine your eligibility for the program. 



Because of a limited number of sponsor families, please keep the following in mind:

1. This program is for FAMILIES with financial hardship that can be substantiated.
2. This program is for FAMILIES with children under 18.  If there are no children under 18 in the home, please do not apply.
3. This program is for FAMILIES that live in the Greece Central School District.
4. Preference will be given to first time applicants, then second, then third, and so on.  If you have been in the program before, there is a possibility that you will not be selected, even if you qualify financially.
5. All decisions with regards to eligibility and selection will be at the sole discretion of Mission Share and are final.
6. Mission Share will make every effort to communicate to you at the earliest possible moment if you have NOT been selected to be in the program.
